{"id":593,"date":"2022-08-20T02:12:10","date_gmt":"2022-08-20T00:12:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/modec.localhost\/?post_type=motor_accessory&#038;p=593"},"modified":"2023-06-29T01:57:27","modified_gmt":"2023-06-28T23:57:27","slug":"sat-box","status":"publish","type":"motor_accessory","link":"https:\/\/modecdev.arkod.net\/en\/air-motors\/accessories\/sat-box\/","title":{"rendered":"Safety Air Treatment Box (SAT Box)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"translation-block\">The SAT Box (Safety Air Treatment box) is a safety device\nthat protects the user and the equipment.\nThe SAT Box provides numerous important safety\nfeatures:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Emergency kill switch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Key safety lock (optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Downstream automatic air-bleed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automatic switch off when air pressure drop detected<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>As soon as the emergency kill switch is hit, the SAT Box ensures an instantaneous air\nbleed in the downstream circuit so that no residual energy may create an accidental\nmotion after the stop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">If the air feed pressure falls <b>below 2 bars, the SAT box will automatically shut down<\/b> in\norder to prevent the actuator inadvertently restarting if the pressure climbs back up (if the\ncompressor stops and then restarts for example).
